Asprova has been used at METEC, Estonia since 2014. Metec is Europe’s leading developer and manufacturer of automotive accessories for commercial vehicles, from heavy-duty trucks, pick-ups, SUVs, and vans. They also produce stainless steel medical equipment. The third product line is tool construction for dies, welding jigs and other specialized tools or equipment.
All production processes for the various products are scheduled in Asprova—end-to-end. Rules and restrictions of all products and processes are mapped, and Asprova is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Asprova always takes into account all the resources’ finite capacities to provide realistic scheduling.
