Walther-Präzision

Since 2012 Asprova APS software schedules the production of the entire value-added chain for Walther-Präzision, a family-owned couplings manufacturer in Haan, Germany. The couplings are built for pressures up to 43,500 psi, with various production steps to consider, including various outsourced routes, raw materials, WIP, and finished goods availability.

At Walther-Präzision, Asprova imports all relevant master and order data from MS Dynamics AX. Asprova automatically executes all MRP calculations and daily scheduling runs, creating an optimized and synchronized schedule for all production resources, down to the second.
