Asprova APS schedules production and “value added service” (VAS) processes for Raben Group, which dispatches over 8500 trucks every day from their more than 150 branches in 13 European countries. Raben chose Asprova to meet increasing requirements regarding timely delivery of services and enhanced VASs tailored to customer’s needs.

Asprova provides detailed scheduling, including MRP I and MRP II processes. Picking, commissioning, packing, quality control, and delivery worldwide are all individually scheduled realistically. The benefits to Raben are highly synchronized processes, optimized inventory, JIT operations, increased efficiency, and coordination throughout—resulting in on-time delivery. Today, Asprova APS software orchestrates end-to-end scheduling for Raben Group in 6 locations—Stryków, Gądki, Chlebnia, Adamów, Sosnowiec, Ruda Śląska—and the rollout to further factories is already in the works.
