Prospera Europe Kft, based in Hungary, produces hundreds of different small-series products every week, with 70% of them being exported to DACH markets. Since 2016, Asprova APS has been scheduling precision sheet metal processing for Prospera.
Given the increasing complexity of tracking thousands of component items, daily fluctuations in product types and quantities, and growing order volumes, manual scheduling became unsustainable. In 2016, Prospera decided to implement Asprova.
Asprova APS now schedules all processes and resources end-to-end, including laser cutting, bending, pressing, milling, turning, welding, grinding, blasting, and surface treatment.
