Bopisa, S.C. de R.L. in Mexico produces flexible packaging for different kinds of food products. In Guadalajara they use the blown film extrusion process before packaging is customized through printing, laminating, and cutting.
Before Implementation
Before implementing Asprova APS in 2020, scheduling was done manually in Excel, which caused many orders to be run out of sequence. The scheduling outcomes did not reflect the reality of the shop floor, resulting in numerous delays.
