Prior to implementing Asprova APS in 2021, Servis Climax, the largest manufacturer of shading solutions in Czechia, scheduled their production manually. The resulting schedule didn’t cover all restrictions, wasn’t realistic, and often ended up being ambiguous. This resulted in out-of-sync processes, leading to long wait times between operations and ultimately delayed shipments.

With Asprova APS, Servis Climax has synchronized their production and optimized their scheduling. Now they benefit from reduced WIP and a clear schedule that details when and where parts are to be produced. Since implementation, they drastically improved on-time delivery fulfillment.
